Discovery rules
Source ingestion is allowlist-based, uses structured metadata where possible, and keeps inactive history when providers change pricing.
Tracking rules
OpenCourseMap is the system of record for saved, enrolled, in-progress, and completed states, including optional evidence URLs and notes.
